As posted on Facebook: The Midday Social is one of Rhode Islands most talked about music events and is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing music related networking events in all of New England. The next Midday Social will take place on Thursday, September 26th at Platforms Nightclub in Providence, RI at 7:00pm.

Bands can compete for a chance to perform in the opening spot on Friday August, 16th at Platforms Dance Club. Bands will perform 4 songs in front of a celebrity panel of judges. In the spirit of networking, this panel will consist of local industry reps. The 8 bands with the most votes will compete. Open to all genres
